1. What's the shipping time?
All orders are shipped using Fedex, UPS, USPS..The typical deliver timeframe is within 7 to 21 days however, you might receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped out within 1 to 6 hours so we're not able to modify or cancel the order. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs postal delays. If it does happen to you, we apologize for the inconvenience :(
2. Tracking number is not working?
Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking number to update. However, it might take longer but don't worry your order is on the way to you. We got your back ;)
